Today marks one year since our beautiful Shai crossed the rainbow bridge. Paws, Whiskers and Wags was our light in a very dark time. Not only did they meet us outside of normal hours, they were extremely patient and kind, supporting us along the way in bringing our girl to rest In peace. I wholeheartedly recommend their services. They will take very good care of your baby when their time comes.
Thank you to everyone at Paws, Whiskers, & Wags for the very thoughtful care taken in the cremation of my baby girl Aggie. They went above and beyond including a wonderful rosewood urn, a paw print with her name, a lock of her hair, and then a donation to a local animal charity in her name. The process was quick and comforting to know my baby girl was back home with us.
They were understanding and compassionate as this was a difficult time for me and my family. It’s hard to face how to handle what happened after you have said good bye to a fur family member. I will say the staff and service offered took some of the stress off. Micheal, one of the coordinators, explained everything and made me feel comforted. Very compassionate and helped us during a difficult time. Thank you
this place was extremely professional! my canine son Lucky of 16 years passed away in my arms a week ago today! i was devastated, heartbroken and mourned his passing. they picked him up from Banfield and called me earlier the following Saturday morning. referring to Lucky as my baby and he was in their care! making me feel as though Lucky was important to them as he was to me and my family! we were extremely pleased with the services rendered.
They have taken care of two of our fur babies. In 2008 and this month Oct 2020. They are professional, compassionate, and reasonably priced. They have set the bar high and we wouldn't want anyone else to take care of our pets final arrangements.
Business response:
Thank you, David. Our condolences on the recent loss of your fur baby.
Highly recommend Paws, Whiskers and Wags for your pets care after a loss. They were compassionate, caring and there when I needed them. Thank you for taking care of my beautiful Skye this past weekend so I could bring her home today. I’m so glad I can have her here!
My boy passed in late September and they had his remains back to me in less than a week in a really beautiful cherry box. (Does not come with the plate, it was purchased separately through Amazon.)
Fantastic, caring and compassionate place. Great staff and fast service. ❤️
