The Covington facility was amazing! The women were great, and Carol walked me through every detail when I was clearly having a difficult time making decisions and finding the best way to handle my Buddy. Thank you again and again!
I brought in my mouse Basil who died unexpectedly. He was one of the best pets I've ever had. He knew his name, was litter trained, got excited to see me, and everytime I rubbed his cheeks and ears he would chirp and close his eyes. No one understood my connection with him and understood why I wanted to get him cremated. I was a little hesitant. But the entire experience from start to finish was spectacular. They treated him no different than a cat or dog and didn't belittle how I felt at all. They made the experience as pea... read more
In this terrible time of our lives, it was so comforting to have folks like this to take care of you and your furbaby. We had our Casey for over 14 yrs, she was our baby, our children are grown and the Grandkids are in their teens so she was our late in life baby girl. These folks are the best and I thank our Vet Dr. Andy McKnight at Fairview Animal Hosp. for calling them for us. Thank you all so very much!!!
When we lost our beloved Boston Terrier Sam we took him to Paws, Whiskers, and Wags. The entire staff were so supportive and professional and helped us through this difficult time. We have nothing but praise for Paws, Whiskers, and Wags!
They really showed heart felt respect for our Harley and for us. The man that helped us made it very easy on us.
Paws, Whiskers and Wags are some amazing people. I want to thank everyone at the Charlotte location for their kindness and support. They cared for my Meme kitty like they knew and loved her too which means so much because she meant the world to me. If you find yourself in need, your loved one will be well treated and cared for in their hands...
The people at PWW were amazing in my time of need. Losing my sweet baby boy Camo after 9 years of him being my rock was the single most hardest thing I've ever done! Y'all made the process bearable and treated him with the same love that I would have. Thank you for all you do in helping to bring animals home where they belong for people to continue loving after they're lost. You'll always hold a special place in my heart for that!
These people were really kind and patient when talking to us about losing our fur baby, and offered future assistance as well if we want to move his remains to another container free of charge. Today they even sent us a post card checking in on us and letting us know they made a donation to animals in need in our baby's name. Nobody wants to lose a fur baby, but if it happens this is a good place to go to.
