I can't thank you enough for the kindness and professionalism you extended to me during this time of loss. My sweet Boston Terrier Fred was with me for 15 years and he meant so very much to me. The manner in which you and your staff spoke with me and reassured me regarding how Fred would be treated was very comforting, I never doubted he was in good hands. The urn, paw print and lock of fur will be cherished and serve as a beautiful remembrance of his sweet little life.
Dr. Branch and the staff really care about the families and pets. The memorial service they offer is top notch and helps with the healing process of losing your fury family member.
We lost two of our furkids and PW&W was compassionate and caring. Both times they made sure our babies were promptly attended and one had to be transported from UGA Vet Hospital in Athens. We were thankful for their care and attention.
My family and I would like to thank you for your excellent service. It was extremely painful losing our beloved German Shepherd, Baloo and your company has helped us so much in memorializing him. The beautifully carved box you provided was a complete surprise to us, we were not expecting that at all, the paw print is so very precious as well as his lock of fur. <3 And today we get a postcard letting us know a donation will be made to a local animal charity. I just wanted to say thank you for taking care of our boy Buddy and getting him back to us quickly. Thank you for the lock of his hair. It means so much to us, especially to my son, Buddy was his world. I don't recall the young lady name that helped us decide on a urn, but you was so amazing and had the most incredible patience with us. Thank you for showing that you care.
