My best friend Jack of 15 years past away this past weekend and I can't describe the compassion these people have. Niki was amazing and made me comfortable about how they would treat my buddy like he was one of their own. I received his remains yesterday along with his paw print. The urn was amazing and the service as well. It was made easier, still hard but I know he was treated well.
I would like to say "Thanks" so much to you all for taking such good care of my Tiffany. Your services were excellent! I love the level of sensitivity that you showed me during a very difficult time! God bless you!

Paws Whiskers and Wags are great. After losing our Allie, they treated us with the utmost love, care and respect. They love animals and understand they are more than pets- they are family.
Honestly, they were the nicest and most compassionate folks I've dealt with in ages. A terribly mind and heart crushing time was made easier by Michael and Theresa. The facilities are immaculate. The staff superb! Thank you.
Butchie, my sweet pekingese's cremation services were entrusted to Paws, Whiskers and Wags. Andrew handled all the details with dignity and compassion. Even though its going on more than 2 months since my faithful companion crossed the rainbow bridge, I still miss him very much. Paws, Whiskers and Wags made it a wee bit easier for me to say good-bye Butchie!

This place is amazing! From arrival to departure you are cared for, understood, and assisted. And man, you'd think that it's hard to provide this kind of care and service to emotional customers - they make it look EASY!
