Paws, Whiskers and Wags were amazing when I was faced with losing my 14.5 year old cattle dog after his long and joyous life. I first spoke with Naomi after-hours who listen so calmly and compassionately to my initial grief moments. I just wanted to take a moment to say thank you for taking care of our baby and getting her back to us quickly. Thank you so much also for the lock of her hair. It means A LOT to us, especially her daddy, to have that. He had been scurrying around the house trying to find some of her hair that wasn't mixed with the other babies hair in the house. I did find that we had some in her brush but the lock you provided is nicer and so very much appreciated.
The staff at Paw, Whiskers and Wags was very professional about taking care of everything after I had to put my fur baby down to cancer. They called me after picking up his body I order to explain the different packages and products. They returned my kitty's ashes in a very timely manner, and the paw print turned out perfectly. Couldn't have asked for more! Thanks again!

Just want to express my sincere thanks to your Charlotte office for taking care of my cat Sonny after he passed away on Saturday, 1/30/16. I so appreciate that I was able to come in on Sunday and the people I met there (I wish I could remember their names) were fantastic and helpful and so sympathetic to my situation. A very difficult time was made easier because you treated Sonny not as a pet but as a part of my family.

I can't recommend these guys highly enough. They are incredibly compassionate and professional. The facility is so impressive and you're welcome to view the entire process. The transparency and courteous staff are such a relief. I use these services way too often but I am so happy to have found Paws, Whiskers, & Wags.
