I made an appointment to test drive a car and was told that the car was available. I was told that the car was sold minutes before I had walked through the door. This happened to me two years ago. I decided to give Paul Miller another chance and made an appointment for my daughter to test drive a car today. My daughter test drove and fell in love with the car. RecommendedGreat service, short waiting time for all service, and they recommend any service needed at that time, but do not push you to do it now and then. Great people that work there.
Service Department is exceptional with the service writers leading the way. Bought my Ridgeline there when it was Honda of Essex and been a customer since. Best thing that happened was when it became Paul Miller Honda. Service and parts depts. have come a long way in servicing customers.

zero stars!!! our salesman Adam scammed us. told us not to worry about the over mileage on our old car and then we got a big fat bill. when he called him he said he doesn't remember the convo and 1 day later said he never said it. general manager dave not returning emails or calls...some leadership that is. we will never ever lease a honda again and can hopefully have another car company take this one back. have been with honda since 2003 have never been scammed or disregarded like this. shame shame on you!!! we have been ex... read more
