Disorganized back of the house. Dealt with George Nealis Sales Director who confirmed my appointment today but only to get to the dealer and the vehicle was actually sold yesterday.
Absolutely AWFUL service! Not only were they not prepared to fix the issues our appointment was for...so ANOTHER trip there to get the original issue fixed...they called that the car was ready only to come down to find out THEY caused a NEW issue but didn’t realize until we came down to pick up the car!!!! And no real apologies for all their screw ups! Ridiculous!!!

Horrible customer service, didn’t fix issue with my car, had no problem charging me $1,000 which should have just cost me only $400 down the road, after bringing to my mechanic. General manger could not be bothered. Totally not pleased with Honda anymore

I dropped off for service and within minutes I was being shuttled back to my office. Seamless and painless.
Gene in the service department was wonderful. On my way there, I hit a deer, and Gene made sure the guys checked everything out with my car, and found that the steering was knocked out of alignment and was able to add that in with my other service I was getting done that day.
Knowledgeable, listened to my needs and concerns, and not high pressure salespeople, resulting in a very pleasant experience.
