Great service by Paul Eischen, service advisor. He let me know service status. Also mechanic worked in the evening to get the job done. Happy with the service.

The service agent was efficient and picked out a better coupon than the one I had for the service I needed. He gave me the time I could pick the care up, and I received a call to let me know the car was ready at the time he had promised.

I have had an issue with the tire pressure light on my 2019 HRV. It has less than 6,000 miles on it and the light has gone on 5 times for no apparent reason. The first time I brought it in I was told that the car needs to be calibrated 3 times. When I said that a car should not be sent off the lot uncalibrated, the response was “well, these cars are different.” When it happened the third time, they said they reset the car to the factory settings and I should be good to go. Had a bad experience with them. Bought a car in feb 2020 and cancels gap , Honda care plans and still didn’t get my money back. There is only one finance person in the dealership who is taking responsibly for all the finance problems. It’s been 7 months I didn’t get my money back. Today finance person called me to inform that they would refund my money but there is a fee. I asked him where is this fee comes. And he replied that he was told to charge a fees to refund my money.
