Went there yesterday to do my oil change and tire rotation. After an hour and thirty mins everything is done went home and when i was at the parking lot i checked my tires if they really rotate my car i found out they didnt because my tire have two different tires because i just change the two tires so one is perelli and th othe is michelin the michellin is in th fornt itsupposed to b at th back if thu rotat it but no now im thinking if they really do the oil change or they just reset the car and they charge me for everythin... read more
My CRV didn’t want to start. It is Preowned and I’ve had it 4 months. I bought it down the shore and didn’t know who I was going to use for service. I called roadside assistance and went to Paul Miller. Phenomenal help! They had a loaner for me but said they thought it was the battery could I wait a couple minutes and they would Check. It was. They had me in and out in under an hour. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. I have found my dealership!!!
We shopped around and Paul Miller had the best price on the Odyssey of any dealership we spoke with. Camilla was also by far the most knowledgeable sales person of all the people we spoke at all of the other dealerships we visited. She knew the car inside-and-out. When we finished our purchase, she spent extra time with us and showed us how to use some of the car's more advanced features and volunteered to help us further if we ever had any questions. All-in-all a great car shopping experience. Would definitely go here again... read more
