I've been to a few Honda dealerships while shopping around for a new car and I can definitely say the staff at Paul Miller is like no other. Everyone is very helpful and my sales consultant, Camilla, was so patient, knowledgeable, and honest! Buying a car can be frustrating but she did everything she could to help me with any advice I needed. Thanks to her my family is considering coming down to the dealership when they are ready to buy another car and work with Camilla! Thanks again!

Worst dealership ever! I have been getting the runaround so much with this place I no longer know which way is up! Brought a car from them only to find out there was an oil leak (and a few other things). took it back for repairs, after having the car for almost two weeks I was told all was well and fixed! Because I didn't really have a good experience the first few times I came here for service and repairs, I decided to take my car to another dealership to have it worked on. Absolutely the worst customer service I ever experienced. I agreed to sign and drive a car, after waiting 40 minutes for Nick to find the car, I asked the fast-talking manager what was going on. He found Nick and I was told they couldn't find the car on the lot. I was told I would get a call later that day. I had no problem coming back. I got no call. Dealership now closed till Monday. It's laughable that they would let a buyer leave. No message. I'm appalled.

Everyone was so polite here. I was instantly welcomed by the staff right from the moment I walked in. They took the time to answer all of my questions and made me feel good about my whole experience. I will definitely come back to Paul Miller!
