Worst car buying experience I've ever had. Been here 2 separate days, over 6 hours waiting to buy a car. I will never come back.
I am hoping there is an acceptable explanation for a recent experience at Paul Miller Honda. My 22 year old daughter purchased a CRV at another dealership, not in the area, and then moved back here. She thought that her car might have a gas line issue and made an appointment at Paul Miller. Car is less than 3 years old and has fewer than 20K miles.
