Not happy with the warranty. I will never buy a warranty again. You need to read it before you buy it. They don't give you enough time to read all the pages. I PAID OVER 1,700 for a extented warranty and it still cost me 150.00 to replace a fuse.
Terrible service!!!!! Service advisor didn't know what she was talking about!! Went for a tire light told nothing was wrong with the tire.. Stated light showing left front tire they r telling me the right rear was the problem.. Few days later tire light back on and all of a sudden plug must not be holding... Well that's funny a few days ago it was perfectly fine... Now they said just buy a new tire!! All they want to do is rip u off!!! They misdiagnose cars and don't care about the customers!!! I can't thank the people at this dealer enough. They helped me get my mother into a new lease with a much more reasonable price. She had been ripped off badly in the past. We worked with the kindest salesperson, Lou Gentile. The finance manager was also quite helpful to us. Thank you!!!
I feel they were very polite and accommodating. They weren't pushy like other dealers. I'm very satisfied with the customer service. I would definitely recommend them to everyone looking for a car.
We worked with Buzz getting into a new Honda Accord Sport and he was accommodating and kept us in the loop during the lengthy finance process. The General Manager was also nice and personable. Overall we had a great experience!
Put a deposit on new pilot Saturday, changed mind on purchase Monday and wanted my check back . They told me that it was already processed and would take 5 to 10 business days to get my refund . 15 days later and still no check, no return phone calls. I changed my mind because the salesman changed the agreed upon price on the hand written contract and became flustered when I noticed what he had written down, he changed it and blamed his manager.
