Had the pleasure of working with Exavier on leasing my 2017 Civic back in October of 2017. Since then he’s been great with advising me of my maintenance due dates, making sure I’m content with my choice & etc. Very professional & friendly staff. Paul Miller Honda is the only place I trust for when I need to have my CR-V serviced! Kimberly of the service dept. is great! She's always on top of things, and always keeps me posted accordingly on what needs to be done. And she's both easy and pleasurable to deal with! The first time I went 2 1/2 years ago to lease my car I was amazed by the staff. Today I stood in the show room for 35 minutes while I was getting an oil change, to discuss a new lease & not one person asked if they could help. They were not that busy. Totally turned off. May have to lease somewhere else now.
I had a repair job done. Excellent work... Service Dept. was very friendly. They got me back on the road when promised... HAPPY TRAILS FOLKS!
