I knew what I wanted when I walked in, thank God, because the rest was an absolute disaster. Sean took care of me and couldn’t have been more accommodating. Waiting room was clean and offered coffee, cold drinks and snacks. My experience was excellent due to Sean. He explained everything that was going to be done and delivered!!

My first time buying a car on my own was super intimidating but Mohammed made it really easy and answered all of our questions no matter how repetitive or silly. He was really honest with us and left me with a lot of options rather than selling me one way or another on his best way to make a buck. Overall, great experience there and absolutely love my CR-V!

Leasing my car here was like entering the Matrix of Hell. If there is any type of issue - good luck to you. Trying to get Alejandro to do his job is an effort in futility. Voicemails go unanswered and you're left chasing him. They had 3 weeks to get my registration/plates and now the temporary is expired and I sit here after calling them at least 15 times today. Total runaround is all I've gotten. Find another dealership.
