I have been a customer of Paul Miller Honda for 26 years (I love Honda’s) My lease was up on my current car and I was trying to get a new one. Service Dept. was excellent in all aspects - Scheduling, Work Performed and Pickup. Very pleased with experience.
they say it will take 1hr, it was done.
The service was exceptional. After the issue was diagnosed, the service manager advised me that a part was needed and it might take 2 3 days. I was pleasantly surprised when the following morning just before 9AM I received a call that the part had been received and I made an appointment for 11AM and the repair was completed promptly.
