I have been treated so well here. They greet me when I pull in, they are crazy fast: had an inspection, oil change and tire rotation in 30 minutes, and it is SO nice that they have a kid room. I even called on my way to the beach to see if they could check my tire because the pressure was low—they found a nail and plugged my tire at no charge!! I will continue to come here for all of my Honda needs and rave about their customer service.
I love my new Honda!!! I traded in my civic for an accord and I must say I am thrilled. Ken Hawk and Mark were awesome I helping me make my decision. The reason I came to Parker was partly due to the excellent care I received in the parts department when I would bring my civic in. A great dealership....and that’s coming from a Charlotte city girl.
