Hi have been seeing Dr. Parentis since 2001 and he has scoped one knee twice and one once over the last 25 years. I have highest confidence in his ability and his office visit is one of calm, reassuring, willing to ask and receive questions. Hurt my right knee again (scoped in 2011), very swollen, much discomfort, hard to walk and sleep. Thorough, kind, and professional! Amazing Doctor!
Dr. Parentis is very thorough and explains everything in full detail. He is very understanding of patients needs and does not push you into any procedures you are not ready for. At all doctor visits Dr. Parentis and his staff make you feel at ease and comfortable. I highly recommend Dr. Parentis to friends and family .
I had a knee replacement with some small hiccups during recovery Dr. Parentis and the whole staff were very caring and helpful during my recovery . I will eventually need the other knee done and Dr.Parentis and his staff will be doing that one too.
Dr. Parentis has performed two knee replacements for me in the past 2 yrs. He is kind, caring and extremely skilled. He explains procedures very clearly and tells you the upside as well as what you might not be happy about with this surgery. I had minor complications with both of my surgeries and he was like a mother hen. Extremely vigilant to be sure I was healing well and checking on the healing of a wound I developed. Great treatment and follow up care.
I first met Dr. Parentis when I shattered my heel in October 2021. He provided a clear explanation of the damage, shared my x-rays with me , and provided compassionate, skillful care. The surgery went well and I can walk normally again. Since then, I choose to have both of my arthritic knees replaced by Dr. Parentis (2022, 2024). Along with his PA, Harmony DePan, and supporting staff, I received the same excellent care and very good outcomes.
Told me the truth that I had to lose weight in order to have surgery. I did and fallowed what they said too do . I am well pleased with the results . Do the exercises I believe they help a lot .
My husband had a knee replacement done 3 years ago and then just 6 weeks ago had his other knee done. We are very satisfied and pleased with Dr. Parentis regarding the surgeries, he takes the time to discuss issues and answer any questions one may have, never makes one feel rushed at all. He and is staff are professional, very friendly and caring. We would never hesitate to recommend him highly!W
