From the very first appointment with Harmony, a highly professional PA, to my first meeting with Dr. Parentis, I knew I was in good hands. After suffering from heel spurs for years, living in pain, and not being able to walk correctly I decided to see what my options were. He is very understanding. We tried different methods in hopes to fix my knee which wasn't working. So had my knee replaced and couldn't be more happier with the results. He went through all of the procedure in layman terms. 5 star in my book
I am not a real fan of any doctor, especially since i had a not so great experience with Excelsior. My primary suggested a smaller practice. Excelsior made me feel like i was a bother if i had questions about previous surgery on my ankle that i had a very had a very hard time with. I learned quickly from my first visit to Dr Parentis' office that the people there were professional, and i really felt like all of them worked for me. I highly recommend WNY KNEE & ORTHOPEDIC SURGERY, PC for their expertise and dedication to patient well-being.
The surgery was scheduled in a timely manner and handled with great care! All follow up visits were never rushed and time was taken to completely review the procedure and any questions that I had right up to one year after surgery. I would highly recommend this practice. The care given to me from the front office to the PA and doctor is top notch!
Dr. Parentis did an amazing job repairing severe torn rotator cuff. I felt very comfortable with him and really appreciated his wonderful bedside manner. I would recommend him in a heartbeat.

Dr. Parentis did both of my knee replacements in the past 2 years with excellent results. He’s very caring, listens to any concerns you have. He also did my mother’s knees a few years back and she was very satisfied. I would highly recommend him and his PA Harmony DePan.
Extremely satisfied with my knee replacement surgery. Dr. Michael Parentis is a superb Surgeon. He always took time to explain procedures with patience and I never felt rushed. The staff @WNY Knee and Orthopedic Surgery are extremely professional and compassionate.
