I have had a great experience while in the care of Dr. Parentis. I found his bedside manner exceptional. He was so relatable and thoughtful. The staff was extremely helpful and also kind. I felt the scheduling of office visits was easy and he was on time. He did both my total knee replacements and what he said.... was what he did...amazing results! Thank you again DR PARENTIS!

I have been a patient of Dr. Parentis for many years. Over the years Dr. Parentis fixed a torn rotator cuff, torn meniscus in both knees, cortisone injections and most recently a total knee replacement. Dr. Parentis has taken such great care of me over the years but after my knee replacement I cannot stop raving about him. Nagging pain in my elbow required surgery after all other options were exhausted. Dr. Parentis talked me through the procedure, the risks, the probable outcomes and answered any questions I had along the way. The procedure itself was relatively routine, no complications or issues to speak of. My amazement is in the outcome. The goal of eliminating the elbow pain was accomplished. I began seeing his PA, Jennifer (who is EXCELLENT also!) for shoulder pain in May 2022. When my concerns were confirmed (xray, MRI), I was able to make a timely appt. to see Dr. Michael Parentis. When I met with him to review my MRI results, he gave me advice on how to proceed but there was no pressure to have surgery/not have surgery. I had meniscus surgery done by Dr Parentis. He took the time to explain what was wrong with my knee and the procedure in detail. Will definitely recommend him to anyone that has orthopedic needs. Special Thanks to the staff also.

After a very bad experience with another knee doctor I decided to get a second opinion and thank goodness I did! Dr. Parentis immediately knew that the brace i was wearing was not needed and actually doing more damage, causing atrophy and a contracture. Today I am in great shape without surgery! He is professional, kind and actually takes the time to listen and encourage his patients.
