I was very pleased with my care at WNY Knee and Orthopedic Surgery. The staff was efficient and friendly and the appointments on time. I rarely waited more than 10 minutes! Dr Parentis was excellent. This was a one year follow up for full knee replacement.
I had an outpatient total knee replacement 7 weeks ago and am amazed at my progress. I did everything they told me to do including starting physical therapy the following day. The physical therapy department was next door to his office they were awesome. I am more active than before surgery and am so grateful for the care I received.
He spends time with the patient listening to the patient and answering any questions they may have. He also works closely with the physical therapist.
Dr. Parentis has done three ankle surgeries for me over the past six years. Each time weather it was pre surgery appointments, surgery appointment, post surgery appointments he takes the time to make sure you understand everything he will be doing during surgery, takes the time to make sure your healing process goes 100% and answers any and all questions you might have. He doesn’t rush you out of any appointment. He is by far the best doctor I have ever had and wish all my doctors were like him.
Dr Parentis completed my knee replacement surgery earlier this year. For many reasons, I was nervous about the recovery process. He was patient and understanding every time we met. A few weeks after the surgery, I had a complication which he addressed immediately. Throughout my recovery, I felt well cared for by he and his PA, Harmony. Eventually, I will need to have my other knee done, as well, and won't hesitate to call Dr. Parentis.
