I was treated by Dr. Parentis and his staff for knee pain for over 10 years before I had a replacement. They were very knowledgeable and professional, but also friendly. Dr. Parentis and his team did an amazing job preparing me for knee replacement twice! Through extensive pre surgical testing and care to minimize risk of infection, he built my confidence for a successful outcome, considering my risk level was higher than normal. I am now in rehab, which is also excellent, pushing me to a quick recovery. Dr. Parentis is highly professional and compassionate. He takes the time to talk through concerns and considerations. Two thumbs up.
Dr. Parentis replaced both of my knees, six months apart. It went exactly as he said. Him and his office made it extremely easy and addressed all of my concerns. As far as I am concerned I would recommend him to anyone that needed a joint replacement. He is an awesome surgeon and doctor. He is very thorough with his care and all of his patients concerns, I knew exactly what to expect and it went exactly as he explained it. I couldnt have asked for better care.
I've had several foot problems over the years and Dr. Parentis has been more than competent in solving them; this guy really knows what he's doing! I also like the fact that it's a small office atmosphere; you don't feel like you're part of a herd of cattle.
Dr. Parents did a great job with my lateral release knee surgery. It is feeling noticeably better than it did pre surgery. Recovery has gone exactly how he said it would and he has followed up throughout.
Dr. Parentis and his team have provided excellent care over 10+ years for several orthopedic issues. I never feel rushed, I’m treated with respect, and all my questions are answered. Dr. Parentis takes time to explain my options for care and discuss pros and cons. The office staff are well informed about insurance plans, coverage, and billing. A recent surgery went extremely well and I felt completely supported throughout the process.

with both knee replacements now complete, I can testify to the quality of care found at WNY Knee and by Dr. Parentis. As a smaller orthopedic provider, it is easy to secure appointments and meet with Dr. Parentis. Very pleased with the results!
Received shoulder replacement in March 2023. Outcome was excellent due to Dr. Parentis' skill. His professional manor and thorough explanations both before and follow-up were very appreciated. Never rushed, listens to your responses.
