Dr. Michael Parentis is a knowledgeable and very skilled surgeon. In 2018, I had a total right knee replacement, with amazing results. Then, last year, I was having concerns with my left shoulder, and contacted Dr. Parentis. I needed rotator cuff surgery on my left shoulder. The staff is AWESOME! I was able to get in the office in a timely manner. Dr. Parentis changed my life. I was having such pain and from the time of my assessment to surgery the doctor and everyone I encountered was AWESOME. I had a concern after surgery and it was after office hours. I called the answering service and within a half hour or less Dr. Parentis was called me back and he followed up the next day to see how I was doing. Dr. Parentis did both my ankle reconstruction surgeries, one in 2018 (right ankle) and one in 2020 (left ankle). He is very knowledgeable and does what’s best for his patients. He got me back on my feet and back to playing sports quickly. Would 110% recommend him.
Dr. Parentis let me get involved with my care. He actually listened to and answered all my questions. He is very caring and not willing to always cut. Conservative treatments are always an option. Simply amazing doctor. His office staff and PAs are very friendly, helpful. Did have surgery very successful, excellent post-op care no infection or clots. I wouldnt go anywhere else for knee or shoulder care.
??Dr Perentis, he is caring, honest,takes time to explain in understanding detail&makes no promise of a miracle healing but did a great job with repairing meniscus in both of my knees. Had an ACL reconstruction June of 2020. Everything went great with surgery, but I had a post-op falling incident-- Dr. Parentis got me an appointment right away, as well as an X-Ray and MRI. Despite this setback, I am now completely healed. I feel that Dr. Parentis is very passionate about his work, and was respectful and professional. He answered any questions I had, and was very easy to understand and work with. Thank you.
I felt Dr. Parentis was very compassionate about his field. I was very upset and scared about having surgery, but he spent time explaining the surgey and the recovery time. I felt very comforatble and confident in his ability to complete my surgery. Since then I have had post-op appointments, where he showed me my x-rays so I could see the end result of the surgery. Every visit for the past 10 years was always professional, answering all my questions and providing the best advice. I had two knee replacements and shoulder replacement. I was completely satisfied with the results.
My rheumatologist referred me to Dr. Parentis about 10 years ago and now I have referred my husband to the practice. His compassion, along with his commitment, made my knee replacement a total success. I am absolutely thrilled how strong and pain free my knee feels.
