Dr. Parentis treated me for a distal radius fracture from a mountain bike fall. Other doctors immediately jumped to the conclusion that I'd need surgery for the break so close to my wrist. However, after carefully reviewing the xrays, Dr. P concluded that surgery wasn't necessary, the set by the emergency room was spot on and that the best course of action was to leave it alone. EVERYONE IN HIS PROACTICE IS KIND AND FRIENDLY. Everything went just as Dr. Prentis said and I have awesome new knees and am doing things I haven't been able to in years.
The empathy and skill the “Doc” has provided me since the day I decided I couldn’t handle or ignore my arthritis any longer, has improved my quality of life.
