Verified Renter I'd prefer speed cushions to speed bumps. The cushions are easier on cars. That said PARC has ?spacious apartments with exceptional amenities, washer/ dryer in residences , respectful staff and maintenance without peer. Tranquil living generates a bliss-filled life.
Verified Renter Enjoy living here most of the time but there are times when we feel there can be some improvements like the elevator should tell residents when movers are going to use it. Speeding is always a problem speed limit should be 5 miles and hour!

The areas around my building are well salted when the weather gets bad. I really enjoy the activities that Parc offers (bingo, make your own pizza etc). So far I am very happy living here!
