Verified Renter I have to say, starting with Nicole showing us the apartment and Richard giving us the welcome the day we moved in my family and i love this place. our apartment is amazing appliances top of the line, the space of the rooms just exactly what we need. in the bad side i think the highways are little to close but i am getting used to the sound of the cars now

The leasing agents were professional, knowledgeable, and kind in showing the property, explaining the application process, and helping us to move in. Maintenance has been swift, professional and kind. We are thoroughly pleased with our experiences at this apartment complex.

Verified Renter Leasing from Bozzuto Management has been a great experience! Properties are clean and safe. I enjoy the amenities that they offer. The maintenance request is always speedy which can be a big relief.
Verified Renter They may do outward appearance changes but the place has gone down hill, they don't care to change quality and safey. For the cost of rent you can move somewhere much nicer

Maintenance is just wonderful, they do the job in a timely manor and very respectful. I could go on….i just want to give a shout-out for Nicole who is always so helpful to me since I am not too computer savvy, she helps me with kindness and a smile.

Have been here 3 years and have had only good experience with the staff, from cleaning staff and maintenance to the office staff, everyone has been very responsive to any request or issue. Staff keeps the property very clean and in top-notch repair. (The one thing fI'd like to see, which hasn't happened yet, is for ALL exterior steps to have handrails. Verified Renter Have been here about 3 years and have been satisfied with the service and the staff. I have complained about people not stopping at the stop signs and have suggested signs on a pole but never been done! All the people I have met have been great.
