Maintenance crew are exceptional...they respond immediately with any request i have big or small and the property is maintained beautifully(with the exception of my building entrance which has been addressed and hope wilI be resolved within the coming months). Verified Renter I would definitely give Parc five stars if it weren’t for the noisy person upstairs who wakes up everyday at 6:00 a.m., including weekends, and walks so heavy it sounds like they are climbing through the walls. All of the staff at Parc are super friendly, very accommodating, caring, and a great group of people! Maintenance does a fantastic job of keeping the grounds clean, they are always on top of things, and the turnaround time for a maintenance request is typically within an hour or two.
