Verified Renter We just moved in and everything so far has been wonderful! The apartment is so clean and all staff have been extremely kind. We toured 10 apartment complexes and chose Parc because it was so well run.

Verified Renter Nothing but headache since we moved in. Expected to live in a safe, quiet, and comfortable place but it has been the opposite. They also need a better package delivery systems and car electric charges that work.

Maintenance crew continues to rise above expectations by responding to my maintenance requests in a timely manner, addressing every need or concern i have. Couldn't ask for anything more.
