Verified Renter It's a beautiful apartment complex. The biggest downside is that the area is very developed: there's a lot of traffic, and there's not a lot of grass for our pets to enjoy.

Other than our downstairs neighbors causing us trouble and repeat complaints to management, we haven't had any issues (they finally moved out). Maintenance is always quick to respond and the guys are super sweet. We have a garage so parking on property hasn't been an issue for us. Verified Renter Have been here for over 3 years. Have been mostly happy with the apartment and the service of the staff. The cost is a little high and I think they should take in to consideration when they raise the rent how long you have been living here ! I would like the management to have a few more parties . When you do you get to meet your other residents. I would give the place a grade of B-!

Este lugar es mui seguro para vivir con la familia y tambien esta todo mui cerca como escuelas ,tiendas ,restaurantes etc. La administration esta siempre chekando que todos los recidentes estemos bien y eso se agradece. Verified Renter Great location being next to the highway. Grounds stay meticulously cared for. Maintenance is excellent and very quick to respond to issues. Rent increases are very high and building are starting to show signs of wear. Doors never lock or unlock properly therefore anyone can come and go. I’d give this complex a 7 out of 10 for living.
