Maintenance crew continues to rise above expectations by responding to my maintenance requests in a timely manner, addressing every need or concern i have. Couldn't ask for anything more.

Verified Renter I’ve been here since the apartments opened and I’ve enjoyed living at Parc very much. The staff is wonderful (big shout out to Joe, who always manages to fix any issue) the cleaning team is great and the cleaning team goes above and beyond. The management team is really kind and helpful. I’m enjoying the new events a lot and the upbeat vibe of the management.
Verified Renter Great community...location is perfect. I love my apartment lay out. I find maintenance to be responsive and professional. IO do think some amenities need a refresh but overall a great place to live.
