Verified Renter We are mostly happy here at PARC we have been here for 3 years and the only complaint is the speed some people go but I have been told that management is working on it other than that we are happy!
Verified Renter I’ve been here since the apartments opened and I’ve enjoyed living at Parc very much. The staff is wonderful (big shout out to Joe, who always manages to fix any issue) the cleaning team is great and the cleaning team goes above and beyond. The management team is really kind and helpful. I’m enjoying the new events a lot and the upbeat vibe of the management.
Verified Renter Great community...location is perfect. I love my apartment lay out. I find maintenance to be responsive and professional. IO do think some amenities need a refresh but overall a great place to live.

Verified Renter . Good location. Clean territory. Responsive staff. It's quiet and cozy here. Large apartments. There is not enough playground for children and more gym equipment in the gym.
Verified Renter So far the stay at Parc at Plymouth meeting now under the management of bozutto has been a great change and have continued working on projects dated before the management shift. So far the stay has been quite pleasant
