Verified Renter We absolutely love it here. The amenities are great and the community is friendly. The apartments are beautiful and feels like a home, not an apartment.
Verified Renter Almost a five. For me a five would mean perfection. Parc is excellent in many areas. For the most part the complex is clean. The maintenance staff is outstanding. As is the front office. I am glad to see a lot of work going on. I was feeling that the complex and the apartments were getting dated. For the most part I think Parc is a nice place to live.
Verified Renter Maintenance gets five stars.Perhaps, it is only my building(4000), however I have not had a problem with noise. Since I was almost struck once by a speeding car, many thanks for the illuminated STOP signs. The lady who cleans my building is top notch. Office staff is courteous and helpful.

Verified Renter I guess these apartments were built with minimal or no sound mitigation. From the unit above me I can hear conversations (yes, people talking to one another), people using their bathroom, doors closing, people walking back and forth, and the floor from the above unit above me creaks like a hundred-year-old home. Also, I can hear the hum and noise from AC units on different floors and at least 75 feet away from my unit.

Verified Renter Great location, quiet overall. Easy access to Philadelphia and other major cities. Good value, nice apartments with view. The maintenance staff is great, especially Joe always prompt and very knowledgeable.
