Verified Renter As always, my maintenance request was handled quickly, effectively, and courteously. I happened to use the ladies room connected to the titness center today, and it was totally spotless as it has been in the past when I used it. Management and staff keep this property in great order in terms of cleanliness and orderliness. We've been here nearly four years and are very satisfied.

Verified Renter We need security cameras, backup generators. The common areas are in need of updating. The apartments need updating as well, the refrigerator is too small, that was a concern when I moved in. The dishwasher and oven are basic appliances and need replacing. The lights in kitchen area are outdated as well, the pendent lights are fine. Shower door in main bathroom needs replacing, it’s old and dirty, tried cleaning but did not work.
Verified Renter So far everything is great! Lots of amenities, the neighborhood is great, the apartment is well maintained and updated. Recently moved in — haven't been here that long yet, but I'm loving it so far!

Verified Renter It was upsetting regarding the electric power outage . I know it ‘s an emergency.It will be appreciated if there property have an emergency generator , because nobody knows when this problem will be fixed.

Verified Renter Everyone is so attentive to my problems and maintenance is amazing. The staff is so friendly and I love that the complex is so pet friendly! I can bring my dog with me anywhere. The pool area is amazing and I use the clubhouse frequently. I love being a resident here!
