Verified Renter I love this apartment complex. Aside from the elevator problem and other minor issues, everything else has been great. Specially maintenance has been amazing with fixing the problem same day. My dog loves the bark park and we love hanging in the club house. The club house also just got printers which will be great for me, as I travel all the time to the library to print. Overall great place.

Verified Renter Things are good my apartment is nice I barely use it but it like the easy access and good layout. I need to put in some service requests but nothing seriously wrong.
Verified Renter I love that you provide carts for the move in, makes the move so smooth. The elevator is a plus and it's very large, my furniture fit without a problem. I also wish that the parking spots were a little wider. I feel like it would be very easy to get a car door ding.
Verified Renter Friendly staff that responds to concerns. Currently experiencing some lengthy downtime in our building elevator, and not having a garage space, it makes the walk inside quite chilly in the winter! Otherwise, good place to live.

Verified Renter Maintenance is without peer. Office representatives are efficient, responsive, and courteous. ~I reside in building 4000, and vetting of residents needs improvement. I don't know who raised them, but there's no excuse for throwing trash and garbage on the refuse room floor. Especially, when there are empty trash cans to use. A recent unpleasant occurrence is smoking of cigarettes and pot in public areas. I should not have to breathe second hand and pungent smoke.
