Verified Renter I’ve had a great experience living here at Parc over the past 9 years. The management is responsive and friendly, and maintenance requests are handled promptly. The apartment itself is well-kept and comfortable, with modern amenities and plenty of natural light. The location is convenient, close to I-476, I-276, public transportation, Plymouth Meeting Mall, and a few markets. Overall, a pleasant place to live!

Verified Renter I love the sense of security i feel every time i come home. The upgrades are amazing, adding to my enjoyable upscale living experience. Staff for the most part are warm and welcoming...always eager to assist with any issues i may have. The grounds are highly maintained and maintenance never misses a beat with their prompt and immediate response to requests. To say i love my home is an understatement. Thanks to the Bozzutto team for providing me and my beloved pet a wonderful place to call home

There were a couple of bumps with the apartment after I was approved due to the previous tenant, but the staff was great at handling it and trying to make the move seamless. Definitely would recommend Parc to anyone looking to move to the area!

Verified Renter Almost a five. For me a five would mean perfection. Parc is excellent in many areas. For the most part the complex is clean. The maintenance staff is outstanding. As is the front office. I am glad to see a lot of work going on. I was feeling that the complex and the apartments were getting dated. For the most part I think Parc is a nice place to live.
