Verified Renter Not having a working life safety fire system in unacceptable and extremely negligent. This was a known issue for over a month and the office did not take action. Allowing a tow truck to illegally park in a handicap spot is not acceptable. Feeding tenants BS and then not even calling back or following up by the office is extremely unacceptable. We oay a lot of.money for a white glove service that is just not currently present.

Verified Renter The cleaning has not been good the last 4 or 5 months at building 3000 on the 4th floor the rug needs to be cleaned and shampooed. other than that every thing has been ok!

Verified Renter Love where I live! Always feels like home after a long work day to either take Harlie to the dog park or relax with a book by the pool or enjoy the big screen in the common center for some eagles football!

Verified Renter We love it here! The community is great and it really feels like we are on vacation! The amenities are great and it is quiet which we love! The staff is so friendly and I love the events they hold for the residents.
Verified Renter I will give a rating of a B- There are lots of issues that are never addressed. Communication with office staff is lacking. I have lived here for 10 years now and new owners are not good.
