Verified Renter For the most part, the apartment complex is nice and well kept. However the ceilings/walls are paper thin. I am constantly awakened by our upstairs neighbor doing who knows what at all hours of the night. Maintenance is mostly quick to tend to issues.

Verified Renter The maintenance team is great. Management is so, so. It all depends on who you are dealing with. The grounds aren’t as clean as they used to be. Dog poop is all over the grounds including in some cases on the floors inside the buildings. Cigarette smoke and other problems come from a new tenant in building 5. For the most part management and maintenance care about keeping the tenants happy. most of the tenants are very friendly and enjoy living here. we really like Parc and the friends we have made.

Verified Renter We have been living here for 4 years and have been satisfied with the services and even more since Bozzuto has taken over management! The one complaint that We have is the increase in rent every year! Since we have been here for 4 years we think the rent should be a lesser rate for residents that have been here for a longer time!
