Verified Renter Moved in August 2024 and can say I feel so safe knowing that they take the safety measures for resident access along with a quiet neighborhood to be in to walk my dog and have a peaceful night coming home from work

Verified Renter Maintenance and staff are top-notch. Five stars?? . I never had problems with noisy or inconsiderate neighbors. Unfortunately, it is becoming too expensive to live here.

Verified Renter Parc is clean, affordable, and in a great area. The leasing process was very communicative and workinf with Rich was great. We just moved in yesterday and absolutely love it here!
