A few small items I mentioned were looked into right away and are being addressed, which I really appreciate. The welcoming package that was left in the apartment was also such a thoughtful touch. Verified Renter Great location. Parc needs to install security cameras at entrance way and throughout the building. Also, building 4000 has a hole in the entrance way where water is leaking. This is an ongoing issue for months, concerned about someone falling and mold. The interior needs updating, a lot of areas are in need of repair. A lot of spackle jobs started for months but never finished. Carpet is dirty and old throughout building.

Verified Renter Way too expensive. Way too many rules. Package situation is ridiculous. One small room for all buildings doesn’t work at all. Constantly no receiving emails when packages arrive then your left wondering if it arrived or not and if so where is it?!
