Verified Renter The cleaning has not been good the last 4 or 5 months at building 3000 on the 4th floor the rug needs to be cleaned and shampooed. other than that every thing has been ok!

I happened to use the ladies room connected to the titness center today, and it was totally spotless as it has been in the past when I used it. Management and staff keep this property in great order in terms of cleanliness and orderliness. We've been here nearly four years and are very satisfied.

Verified Renter We need security cameras, backup generators. The common areas are in need of updating. The apartments need updating as well, the refrigerator is too small, that was a concern when I moved in. The dishwasher and oven are basic appliances and need replacing. The lights in kitchen area are outdated as well, the pendent lights are fine. Shower door in main bathroom needs replacing, it’s old and dirty, tried cleaning but did not work.
