Since my daughter lives in this area, I made some appointments to look at rentals near by and wasn't impressed with what I found. Verified Renter I love living at Parc! The amenities are very nice, the apartments is a perfect home for my little family, and the community is great. We have lived here for about two years and don't plan on moving anytime soon!
Verified Renter I really enjoy the complimentary coffee, clean indoor space, nice gym, and dog friendly. I also love going to the pool. Recently new Managment so I look forward to seeing how they are, but so far are very attentive to the residents
Verified Renter It's a beautiful apartment complex. The biggest downside is that the area is very developed: there's a lot of traffic, and there's not a lot of grass for our pets to enjoy.

Other than our downstairs neighbors causing us trouble and repeat complaints to management, we haven't had any issues (they finally moved out). Maintenance is always quick to respond and the guys are super sweet. We have a garage so parking on property hasn't been an issue for us.
