Lived here 2 years. Cant say one thing postive outside they have a gym Aging building that smells. Run like a dog kennel, anyone not on the fourth floor, have fun trying to sleep because the walls have zero insulation making every conversation heard and creating no privacy. I have voiced my concerns to management and they have blown me off. I am going out of my way to save people money before they move into a lousy crap hole like Parc. Other options trust me please.

Not safe I think the most unfortunate part of my experience living at Parc Apartments in Plymouth Meeting was the lack of cameras in the apartment buildings. I found it odd that a luxery apartment complex does not offer its residents the comfort of knowing there are cameras in the hallways, by the doors, stairwells and elevators, at minimum, in the event of a burglery or other event. This is especially concerning for residents as anyone who leaves their garage door open, unintentially, has compromised the safety of all tenan... read more

Review of Parc open house on Saturday (4/28, 2018) We visited Parc at Plymouth meeting for an open house on Saturday (4/28). They were understaffed and under a lot of pressure due to lots of visitors who wanted to see the APTs and take advantage of a sale price on rent. Only three staff were on duty. They did not require sign-in sheets, they did not organize the appointments well, allowed visitors to wait for a long time. When we finally had our turn, the Parc representative, was rude, curt, and not informative. She did not ... read more
A Premium Price for an Economy Experience This apartment complex is luxury in name only. The staff (mainly the front desk girl and the manager) are rude, unhelpful, and dismissive of resident concerns. There is one cart per building that goes missing for hours to days at a time, making carrying in groceries very difficult. The walls and floors are very thin, and every step of your neighbors can be heard. Depending on your building, you will frequently hear the rumble strips from the 476, 276 interchange. Smog occurs rarely w... read more
Dissatisfied with their service I have been a resident at Parc at Plymouth Meeting for over a year now, having renewed my lease for the 2nd year. I pay my rent on time and have had no issues, but today changed all that. All residents who have the 2nd car pay an extra $50/car/month. I do too. My car was towed away because the tag that they provided which I hung from the mirror fell to the floor of my car - I recorded this incident for proof (I had hung it on the mirror. The tag is not a sticker). They towed my car without eve... read more
Bad leasing team We were trying to lease one apartment from Parc recently. First we were told a price and after 3 days we decided to move in, the leasing office lady said the price went higher, she didnt mention the quoting price will only be valid for 48 hours at all. We were trying to lease by the quoting price, but she refuse to help by any means. The attitude was really disappointing. It was like she didnt care if we want to lease or not.I dont really see that attitude from a leasing team that often. I can easily think o... read more
Please read if you are considering this property I am greatly dissatisified with my experience here since moving in this summer. The front office does not take reasonable tenant complaints seriously. I would never wish upon anyone to go through the noise disruption that I have experienced. The lack of sleep I have endured from constant 7am and 1030pm wakeup calls from the noisy and raucous child(ren) above has greatly affected both my work productivity and overall mood, day in and day out for the past several months. There h... read more
Noise Complaint and No one Cared My husband and I have been living here for almost 12 months and have been completely dissatisfied with the way that the Management Office has dealt with our complaints and would NOT recommend living here. From the first few months we moved in, our upstairs neighbor children would bang and jump relentlessly. I spoke to the Office Management many times about this and all they did was say they would speak to the people upstairs. Being that it never stopped and displeased with them telling me "yo... read more
Pros/Cons Pros: - Great, friendly staff - Awesome clubhouse and amenities - New apartments - Convenient location Cons: - Parking: This is a problem, and not all apartments are full yet. Only 2 guest parking spots for the whole building! You have to pay $50 a month for a second vehicle. - Noise: You can hear everything from your upstairs neighbors. You will have to deal with hearing and feeling the foot stumping. If you are facing Butler Pike and Plymouth Rd. the traffic noise is pretty loud. You also get a lot of dump truck ... read more

Thank you for your feedback. We are committed to continually seeking ways to enhance our residents’ experience. We are so glad that you are enjoying the apartment and amenities and appreciate your kind words about our wonderful staff. We understand there are some concerns regarding parking. In addition to the new lot that we just opened adjacent to building 6000, we have submitted a plan for approval which will have an early spring timeline. This plan will provide additional parking along the 1000 building side of the commun... read more
