Please read if you are considering this property I am greatly dissatisified with my experience here since moving in this summer. The front office does not take reasonable tenant complaints seriously. I would never wish upon anyone to go through the noise disruption that I have experienced. Noise Complaint and No one Cared My husband and I have been living here for almost 12 months and have been completely dissatisfied with the way that the Management Office has dealt with our complaints and would NOT recommend living here. From the first few months we moved in, our upstairs neighbor children would bang and jump relentlessly. Pros/Cons Pros: - Great, friendly staff - Awesome clubhouse and amenities - New apartments - Convenient location Cons: - Parking: This is a problem, and not all apartments are full yet. Only 2 guest parking spots for the whole building! You have to pay $50 a month for a second vehicle. - Noise: You can hear everything from your upstairs neighbors. A perfect place to start your apartment life For a person that is coming from a home environment to the apartment life, the apartment is all about conveniency, community and privacy. Luxury Living, Excellent Location, Beautiful Amenities Terrible Parking Situation, Turnpike Noise, $$$$$$ Great place to live for young couples living in the greater Philadelphia area with good, secure, stable jobs. There are some older singles and couples living here as well - some with kids, but it's mostly an adult heavy community. Everyone is incredibly friendly and respectful. Beautiful and Remarkable customer service. The staff, all of them, seem to want to go that extra mile. They are consummate professionals and actually return phone calls. The apartments are gorgeous and very well appointed. They did not cheap out on anything. The grounds are beautiful and even with construction still going on everything is kept clean. We could not be happier.
