I was concerned after reading some of these reviews but I'm happy to say that I have received my outdoor kitchen and I love it! There was a slight issue with a missing grill cover but I contacted customer service and they sent me one quickly.
Deborah was a great sales person. She has been available for any questions I have had. The grill outperforms my expectations

Overall I have been very happy with the outdoor kitchen that I purchased from Paradise Grills. I did have some issues with the logistics of getting it delivered and installed on my roof top terrace, but the regional manager, Sean, contacted me personally and committed to make sure all issues were addressed. Also, Marcos, the customer service rep did a great job in helping to coordinate my delivery and install. Overall I am very happy with Paradise Grills.
Customer service doesn't exist. Bought my Tahiti Hut 6 (6) months ago. Salesman said it would be built and stored in the warehouse until my pool was completed. Called 3/23/2021 to get it delivered. No calls back. They can't find it or it is not built yet. I can tell it is a quality product or i would sue them to get my money back. Might sue anyway unless they come up with it soon. BTW, i live 2 miles from their building.
Kelly and Juan from J's truck have been so Professional and kind. I am very pleased and know that they are very skilled at their craft. I could only pray that every contractor would be as pleasant to encounter as these two gentleman. Thank you for doing such an amazing job on my beautiful outdoor kitchen.
This is by far the sorriest most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. I spent $18000.00 and its entirely to much to type to explain how pitiful Paradise Grilling is. I highly advise anyone out there thinking about doing business with them to go any other route you can to avoid the issues I am dealing with. I bought mine in Richmond Texas and boy what a show they put on when trying to sell but do not let them pull the wool over your eyes the way they did me and my advice is to get the hell out of there ASAP and find... read more
We love our outdoor kitchen bar!! John R in Fort Myers helped us find the best fit. The grill we got is by far the best grill I've ever used. The delivery team was a little late but they were very quick and professional when they arrived. Overall we are super happy we went with Paradise Grills. Go see John in the Ft Myers location.
