I stopped by the Paradise Grills in Pompano Beach. Miguel gave me a tour of the showroom and showed me all the incredible units they have. Unfortunately Im renting, but i would definetely tell some friends to check the store out and enjoyed these beautiful outdoor kitchens.

Debra at the Jacksonville Town Center location was amazing! We were in search for our backyard oasis, and she helped us find the perfect fit. No pressure experience was amazing, and the options were endless. We got an amazing deal, and could not be happier! Thank you Debra for making it such a seamless experience from start to finish. We look forward to spreading the good word of Paradise Grills in Jacksonville amongst our friends and families.

My wife and I recently moved to Florida and our neighbor referred us to Paradise Grills in Sarasota. We stopped by and ended up purchasing a 10ft kitchen. The staff was awesome and knowledgeable. They showed us a ton of photos of other units at customer homes and helped us with ideas for a backsplash and vent hood. I definitely recommend them. I can't wait to cook on our new grill!

Just bought my new Aruba Island/Grill 6 From the Jacksonville Town center store and Debra was awesome. she explained everything with details. She did not pressured me to buy. I did 3 trips to the store to make sure it was what I wanted and she delivered. Great experience !!

Overall I have to say that our experience has been good. The sales account representative that assisted us, Luis, was amazing. He was very informative and very helpful and made us feel confident in our purchase. The delivery process had some bumps, which is to be expected when there are so many moving parts to our particular purchase, but constant communication with the customer service department and the assistance of Luis our representative who maintained contact with us through the entire process and made sure everything ... read more

I was looking for an outdoor kitchen and came across the paradise grills website. I visited the Pompano showroom today and spoke with Sean. He was very informative and walked me thru all my questions and concerns. Great experience! Planning on measuring today to go back and buy a Maui 10.

Johnathan over at Paradise Grills houston sure was a help. We weren't sure after reading some reviews but John explained how the company was expanding rapidly and that during this growth there was some pain that had occurred. with this fact in mind he was there along the entire process of purchase to deliver. Which we were scared that he'd disappear after pen to paper. But sure enough he made sure that the service matched the product. We are extremely happy and can vouch that these pains have passed. 1. We happily bought the Tahiti model (tiki hut) in December of 2020 at the Lake Nona Paradise Grills and were told it would come in March of 2021. 2. In April, I called the Lake Nona store to find out when it was coming and they did not look up my account but just relayed that the deliveries were behind due to Covid and told me to be patient and check back. 3. Purchasing product from Paradise Grills has been a horrible experience. Particularly the Fort Lauderdale, Florida location and their third party delivery company. We have never encountered such an unprofessional operation. They repeatedly failed to meet delivery date. Finally, they set the date/time window for delivery...never showed up. They then graciously offered me a new delivery date 10 days later. They don't return calls. The Customer Service department will not help you.
