I went to the Pompano showroom, and I must say the showroom was amazing! The sales manager helped me with all my needs and questions. I highly recommend Paradise Grills!! I'm loving my outdoor kitchen!!

Awful experience with this company. I bought a $5000 grill and got junk. Initially the Burner was broken. They replaced it and now the Casing is broken. Now they have to replace the Top. Who knows what's coming next. My husband has been to this place atleast 5 times dealing with salesmen. No senior manager will even call to talk to me. They have no return policy apparently- so even if they send you junk- they won't take it back. Will not refer this company to any of my friends.

Paradise Grills has it all. I was able to find a great outdoor kitchen and for a reasonable price. The staff at the showroom were very kind and extremely knowledgeable about every aspect of the outdoor kitchen. I have been searching for a contractor to build exactly what I wanted but the quotes I kept getting were outrageous. i was passing by and saw the big sign and the balloons, so i stopped by. They have beautiful and portable outdoor kitchens. I talked to emmanuel, who answered all my questions with a smile. Im waiting for my pool to be ready to get one St.Croix 8 GX8.
I just want to say, great customer service, I went to the store in pompano beach and the manager Miguel **** helped me out and took me thru the whole showroom and explain me every detail
I had a custom built outdoor kitchen that lasted only 11 years as the wood frame rotted out so I went to see Riley **** at the Cape Coral showroom and he was more than helpful!! I'm so happy with my new setup and although Riley moved to another location on the East Coast he still helps with all my questions and ideas!! Great company who also supports veterans!!
