Very inresponsable to respond for service of a brand new just installed outdoor kitchen my inland came with a problem in the outlet couldnt get the refigerator to work and lights. Call inmedially same day it was installed August 18, 2021, still calling talk to Alex, to Crespo and no one give us a date when they are going to service the problem. This items wasnt cheap, very expensive, expected better service. If I dont get no result, have to go further channels. J. ********

So sorry I bought from them a few years ago. Bought an island grill, first upon delivery, a hole was punched through the stucco during shipment so we had to wait for a repacement. Then we got the wrong remote for the lights and went through heck to get the right one. Then over time the cheap shale tile top started to fall apart and make a huge mess, and the grill never really worked well. Now its a deserted island! Look elsewhere to purchase!

Wonderful product and stellar service! I worked with Santiago over in the Naples location and he was very knowledgeable on the product and answered all the questions we had and gave us a fantastic deal on a brand new outdoor kitchen! I don't know how he did it but we were grilling a week later after he told us delivery was 3-4 weeks! The grill is fantastic and our lanai has never looked more lively! If you're looking to liven up your outdoor area, these guys are your place to go!!

So here I am again. Again with my fire pit. I called, was given an email address *****. to send photos of my concern. That was July 23rd,Again on Aug. 3rd. Then called again and told to email ************* which I did on Aug 13th. This appears to be the problem with the company. NO customer service. No reply to email, no phone calls. Please do not buy from Paradise Grills. My outdoor kitchen took 3 months to arrive, delivery was canceled on multiple occasions due to various issues including a cracked stone top that is supposed to be almost indestructible. They forgot the LED lights. Worst of all, they gave me a defective double gas burner. I ordered propane, which is clearly checked on the sales agreement. If I were to just use one word to identify this company it will be PATHETIC... I purchased a 10 feet long grill assembly and requested for delivery which was confirmed by them for 08/12 or 08/13. I had to call them on 08/12 because I did not get a single call from them [although it was confirmed]. I spoke with a gentleman that said that "he was going to address it himself, and get back to me...", which I am still waiting to happen. Staff was very helpful and knowledgeable of their products. Upon completion of our purchase, everything was explained to us in detail. The atmosphere and buying experience was pleasant. I would highly recommend my friends to shop at Paradise Grills.
