I was greeted walking in the door at The Woodlands gorgeous Showroom. The cleanliness and customer service I received was above and beyond. I enjoyed working with Will, he was very attentive, knowledgable and I look forward to working with him again in the future.
I have experienced ZERO Customer Service since I received my first broken unit. That was in July of 2021. I returned that one when the second was delivered. My Journey with Paradise Grills began over the phone with sales and I placed an order based on what I heard from a family member. We bought the kitchen, it was( to be delivered on July 22) to Naples Florida. We received a call on July 20 that we needed to pay in FULL or the unit wouldn't be delivered. I was concerned ! My wife and I ordered a 5' grill and 7' bar unit and paid in full on 8/3/21. The sales associates were easy to work with and gave us a great deal, or so we thought. The purchase agreement said delivery would be within 3-4 weeks. I called on week three just to check in and was told both units are now another 4 weeks out. No one from Paradise had the courtesy to call me to inform me of these delays. If I would not have called, no one would have reached out to inform me of this. In 2015, Ms. ***** purchased a "Floor Model 'As Is'" at "liquidation wholesale pricing" with a limited warranty covering the shipment of replacement parts, which we have more than honored.
I called Paradise Grill today concerning the refrigerator had rust on the door and I just purchased it 6 months ago. I was told that the 1 year warranty does not cover that and I should have placed rust protection on the door WHEN RECEIVED PRODUCT. I said I PAID $8,000 for this grill set. The grill or doors on the grill have not rusted why the refrigerator. I was told"It's not our product although it has our name, PARADISE GRILL, on it" Call the manufacturer. Thank you for your business, the refrigerator door's surface oxidation can be easily removed by using a good stainless steel cleanser/polish, such as Barkeepers Friend® or Weiman®.
Be aware they would take your money and then you are on your own. We purchased the Aruba Grill $8,000 and from day one trouble came. The delivery day promised did not happen, It was for my husbands birthday they did not make it, when the unit came fridge and umbrella were broken, the grill was supposed to be ready for propane it was not, which caused the back rack to curl and blackened once we lit the grill. Took weeks to get someone to come and still not fixed. They repaired the stucco and changed the umbrella, but we are s... read more
Grill is great. Customer service is terrible. Store always pushes towards the corporate 800 number, and I have never been able to speak to a person. Always....always put on hold, and after about 45 minutes of waiting I hang up. Trying to get a new set of grates for the grill. But one cannot get service to replace any parts. Very Unfortunate!

If I could give zero stars for customer service I would! I purchase my tiki bar in March of 2021 and took delivery in June of 2021, and it has been literally been a nightmare! Our sales rep, Blake and the people in the store were super nice and professional, however their customer service is the WORST!!! ZERO STARS IS MORE APPROPRIATE! If you're considering Paradise Grills I implore you to reconsider. I have now adopted the moniker Hells Grills. In short, the customer service ends when you sign the "All Sales Are Final" sales agreement. At that point, you are left to their third party delivery and install team to take you to paradise, and they clearly have lost the directions.
