My order got delivered 2 months late. When my order arrived, it turned out to be broken, so the deliver employee took it away. They said we are going to receive new one next week. They gave me the time and date. Guess what they didn't come and they rescheduled my delivery. It happened three times when they scheduled my delivery few hours later when it's supposed to arrive. On 7/7/2021 purchased a sear station and griddle totaling $677.33. Today, I have been on the phone with customer service and hung up on 2x after being on hold over 1 hour. Customer service department is poor. I have been charged, but have no idea if and when I am going to receive what they have already been paid for.

We purchased from a Texas location last month. The purchase process was very smooth. We were able to customize what we needed for our smaller space. The deliveries were running an hour behind, and they still came the same day after 5:00 p.m. to install our grill. So far I am super happy with the quality of everything and all of the pieces we installed are working great.

I went to the Baymeadows store and was helped by Austin H. This dude is amazing! Extremely patient and informative. Answered all of my questions and treated me with the highest respect. Ask for him if you go to that store!

Please run away from this business. Customer service is atrocious! My kitchen came with a broken refrigerator door handle and did not include an item in my order - blender. Six weeks later and I have not heard anything from them even though I have contacted the showroom and customer service weekly. Please do not buy from these guys! They are only about the sale and their product is not the best on the market or what you can have built for around the same costs. This is one of the worst purchasing decisions I have made. When I purchased $8500 worth of equipment they ordered the wrong refrigerator and I have to wait 6 months before they can get me the right one. Also, when I was installing the grill I noticed there was a pinched gas line. They expedited me a new gas line and expected me to install it myself which would void the warranty. I've emailed them three times, and talk to them three times on the phone and they still have not scheduled a repair date for me, it's been over 2 weeks now. This place is the biggest scam ever. We paid $15k for a grill and tiki bar. They showed up to deliver after dark and couldn't even deliver per the agree route so they had to go across my new pavers. Then they showed up to deliver a second unit, making me realize we didn't get the one we paid for but too late. We have unsuccessfully contacted them about numerous problems. The sales and customer service experience from an employee named Sean was outstanding. Extremely helpful on both the sales and customer service side. Impressed he didn't just make the sale and move on -- has been very helpful to help resolve some minor issues after the sale.

If you want a **** bbq then purchase from paradise grills. On my 4th outdoor fridge. Cd broke. Not under warrenty Under bar lights broke. Not under warranty. Broken tiles. Absolutely atrocious customer service. Big $$$$ but trash. Dont purchase from these people. Crap !
