We had nothing but a positive experience with our purchase. Main Orlando showroom was the location we visited and ultimately purchased the same day. Paradise apologizes for any inconvenience. Due to COVID we have experienced supply issues. We have been in contact with the customer and have them schedule for May 19th.
I went to paradise grill, looking to put an outdoor kitchen into my new pool home. Adam and Tony were amazing. They were very knowlegeable about the prouducts and helped me figure out what size would work best for my room. They found the perfect size grill to fit into my patio. It was delivered exactly when they said it would. I love it!
