We stopped by the Spring Showroom off 45 and the atmosphere there was great! The staff there was great too, Eduardo and Jonathan were friendly and helpful. We really love the stone countertop. We did have a small hiccup on our delivery being delayed, which was a little annoying but when they did come out it was set up much faster than I thought it would take. Overall the final product made up for that! We've already made some great memories with our family. Thank you Paradise Grills.
Worst customer service ever! They do not not return phone call or texts or e-mails. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Purchased my outdoor kitchen through Ryan K over the phone since I am from Ohio and couldn't make it into a showroom. Very pleased with the end result. They delivered it within the 4-6 week timeframe which worked out perfectly for me and everything went smoothly with the delivery process.
Man I wish I would've read these reviews before purchasing. Same issues with delivery. Promised 6-8 weeks currently on week 10. Was supposed to be delivered today no call or email letting me know it was cancelled. Heck the supervisor wouldn't even get on the phone with me or have my coordinator call me. Product is to say the least sub standard if the electrical system only works for one and one half years. Basically you are spending over $4,000 for a grill that does work good. Customer service is way below par as I have been trying to contact them for over 4 months and never get a call back or a service technician to show up as promised. Highly recommend finding another company to invest your dollars in or you will be disappointed as we have been. If you go to the Tampa home show, dont buy their product!

We ordered an entire outdoor kitchen from Paradise Grills in Fort Lauderdale and were promised a February 1, 2021 delivery/installation date. They later said that was a mistake so the date moved to March 11th (today). This morning we received a call wanting to reschedule to the 15th. I have been trying to get to Claudia in the Corporate office to no avail and appears reluctant to even have the courtesy to call me back - have also tried to get to another "live" person at Paradise Grills with no luck - this company has no idea... read more
