I'm not one to write reviews, but after having many projects completed over the past four years at my home, I've realized the high quality of service this company has consistently offered and feel they deserve one. I purchased my unit in June of 2018. I bought this unit on july 2020. I was then told it would be delivered on sept, but ended up delivering SOME items on December. When delivery date came, many things were not complete, and some where broken. I had to contact the company ( without success and countless tries). When someone picked up the phone I was told that the timeframe to fix the missing items and broken pieces was January ( because some they already have my money they don't care to fix customers issues and let us wait ) finally some stuff was fixed but ... read more

We are living the dream in our outdoor paradise! Since getting our outdoor kitchen and grill, we look forward to entertaining every chance we get. We chose the St. Croix model and it is beautiful, well laid out and fun to use. The grill is top notch. We were a little concerned about delivery but the delivery guys were careful, friendly and professional. We couldn't be more pleased and highly recommend Paradise Grills.

DO NOT... I repeat DO NOT purchase anything from this company. I've had countless issues!!! When I purchased the units, the sales rep reassured me that EVERYTHING had a LIFETIME warrranty, with the exception of the rocks inside the grille (not sure what they are called). I was told my units would be delivered in 3-4 weeks. The units would be sent back to the factory to be fully inspected prior to delivery. It took 7 weeks for the units to be delivered. Run from this company. We spent alot of money on the complete Tiki Hut summer kitchen and bought a fire pit as well. Customer Service is the worse. They don't follow through or call you back. They say they are sending you parts that are under warranty and then never send them. Parts that are under warranty become obsolete.....our trash can after one year is no longer carried, so what good is the warranty? They have no parts and say they can not fix. Bought a large Paradise outdoor 2 tier bar/ grill when they had one small building to make them in 2012. It is 9 years old now and still just awesome. I primed and lightly under coated metal structural frame inside first week, still no rust,stucco,lighting, and tile work look awesome! Grill used for many large parties and almost looks like the day it was new, if whole thing needed to be replaced would buy again,but it should last another 5-10 years.Paid 4 times what I thought it was worth, but worth every penny.

Had the unit delivered 8 months ago. Had medium to low usage. Quality does NOT match the price paid. Does not match with others manufacturers available on the market. I regret buying it.

We purchased our St Croix Paradise Grill back in late June and the unit delivered on time with only a few cosmetic scrapes that Amanda , Kallena and Marielys have followed up with scheduling a repair tech; excellent customer service along with an exceptional job communicating . I highly recommend Austin in sales at the Jax FL location and the Customer Service Team in Orlando have taken care of all my needs above and beyond. This company has been the worst. I had the wrong kitchen delivered. 3 weeks later and I'm still dealing with trying to remedy it and get what I paid for. Still not fixed as of today.
