My husband and I purchased our Paradise Grill in Jacksonville Florida in the middle of a pandemic when we were feeling shut in and isolated for months because of covid 19. Bought one of their kitchens for my daughter and son in law as a house warming gift in December(2020) and after 4 months, still nothing. Two deliveries were scheduled. First time they brought the wrong unit hoping that we would take it(REALLY??). A second delivery was scheduled and they no-showed.After a call we find out that the unit wasn't even in stock. Just wanted to express my THANKS to Sean ***** of Paradise Grills for his assistance with delivery of my replacement counter top (original was damaged on arrival in December - Maui 10). The selling process was smooth. Once I bought my several thousand Dollars Tiki, the service became horrible. First, it took weeks to get the tv cover, as well as the grill cover which I bought separately. Then, 2-3 weeks ago, the palm roof started falling apart. Since then, I've spoken to the salesman and to the Sugarland branch manager (where I bought it), and the latter promised to take care of my case immediately. This is our second time buying from Paradise. The sales person we worked with both times was great and helped us pick out the perfect grill the first time, and an awesome entertainment piece the second time. We wanted to have it by Easter and they made it happen. Delivery was very professional and on time. There was a slight imperfection on the top of entertainment piece and delivery person spotted it and reported it. They are coming next week to replace the top. I highly recommend Paradise Grills!
