Do not do business with this company. Originally unit was to be delivered Jan 21st. They turned up with the wrong unit, words from the driver 'we thought you would except it and we will come back to modify'. No. Then they re-scheduled for the 30th between 12-4. I called the local store at 3:45, "its on the way". No one turned up. It took a week to get an update after i left a review on the local store. We received our unit almost 6 months ago and we have had issues since day 5. Customer service is severely lacking. They promise the world, but no one follows through and you speak to someone different about every 4 weeks. The radio does not come with an antenna (not sure why a $17K unit would not come with one, but we were aware and therefore bought the antenna. 4 (different) antennas later and the radio still only picks up 2 or sometimes 3 stations. 12+ emails and countless phone calls (and about 4.5 months later) they send... read more

We are extremely disappointed in Paradise Grills. We received a call to set up a delivery date and to pay our account in full. The delivery date came and went without a call. When we called we were told they were delayed a day or two because difficulty with other deliveries. When the next delivery didn't come again we called and were then told the delivery would take another three (3) weeks as the product had not even been built as of yet. I recently purchased my outdoor Grille from Paradise Grilles and I could not be more happier than I am right now. From their sales staff to the delivery of my Grille it was professionalism from start to finish. My sales person Despina was and is so very knowledgeable. She took the time to listen to my needs and the options I was interested in. The customer service for delivery and scheduling is beyond horrible. Mike and Alexis do not return calls or schedule deliveries as promised. Also I was delivered the wrong product and have not received confirmation of when I will receive the fully functional grill that I paid thousands of dollars for

Specifically our salesman Jeff **** made this about as good an experience as possible. We ran into a delay on our order but he worked tirelessly with his company and offered multiple solutions to ensure we received exactly what we asked for. The GX-10 and Maui 10 were the perfect fit for our backyard and we've already received many compliments from our friends. He really went above and beyond to make this the perfect solution. Purchased our dream summer kitchen almost a year ago from paradise grills. They have been nothing but a pleasure to deal with to this day. Joey, the manager came out and personally helped me figure out placement and best way to fit it through our screen enclosure. Everything we were told was followed through on and honored.
