This small, somewhat eccentric café is a local favorite. The décor is certainly part of the café's charm- bright primary colors abound, the thrift store furniture is mismatched; mannequins, dolls and other toys decorate the window sills, walls and even the ceiling. But it's the food that keeps the locals coming back. It's a terrific blend of traditional home cooking and lighter vegetarian fare. The French toast (served all day) is one of the city's treasures.

Always a great experience! Even on New Year's Day when it was slammed, service was great the food was even better!
i came to visit from nashville, tn. so considering that i am a southern girl that is use to southern hospitality, this place was absolutely amazing. it's artistic and colorful. the menu is very extensive and the staff is very friendly. i love this place.

I've veen going to Papermoon since I was probably 3 or so and now I'm 22. The decore is so unique, it's worth the trip itself! The food is pretty good and the workers are all usually very friendly. Now I've been going here my entire life and hadn't really had any negative experiences, but tonight I left on a bad note. I went with a group of 6 people and I didn't see my own portion of the check because it had everyone's stuff on it. Awesome atmosphere! Food was delicious and the waiters/waitresses were great!
Awesome place to eat. I walked in not realizing they closed in 20 mins. They sat me and made me a breakfast burrito that was not on the menu anymore. Very cool people. GREAT FOOD!
Every thing was awesome! Food and service was amazing! The only thing I wasn't too happy about that when I ordered the Smarty Omelette it was suppose to have mushrooms in it and there wasn't! But over all awesome!!
one of the best restaurants I have eaten in period! I have never had a less-than excellent meal there, friendly attentive staff and the decor; well ya know, its one of a kind world class Baltimore...
