About this business

This small, somewhat eccentric café is a local favorite. The décor is certainly part of the café's charm- bright primary colors abound, the thrift store furniture is mismatched; mannequins, dolls and other toys decorate the window sills, walls and even the ceiling. But it's the food that keeps the locals coming back. It's a terrific blend of traditional home cooking and lighter vegetarian fare. The French toast (served all day) is one of the city's treasures.

Absolutely Delish! Huge portions and one of the best shrimp and grits I have ever had. Love that they have parking. We will be back😊

You owe yourself a trip to Paper Moon! Stopped in for dessert and was treated to an amazing turtle cheesecake! I wish my stay was longer so I could come back and sample more or the menu.

First off the decor was definitely eclectic and the servers were very nice. I was worried when I saw the $12 minimum per person as I was dining alone. I shouldn't have. I had a cheeseburger, fries, and vanilla ice cream and my bill came to $19. The burger was cooked perfectly and was delicious. The fries were okay. I'm not in Baltimore very often and could see coming back with friends for the atmosphere but if I lived in the area I wouldn't make it a regular stop.

We loved it. Food was great. It was like eating in an art gallery of my life. Loved it. The waitress was great and my grandsons ate every morsel on their plate. Will definite return and endorse to others!

Where do I begin... this place packed full of stuff with mediocre food has a list of 10 or so ridiculous "rules" for their restaurant. No babies. No strollers. Minimum of $12 per person at each table. An additional charge of $3-$5 if you share food. No carry out. You can't be seated until everyone in your party is there. Oh, did I mention the food is nothing to write home about? The owners are ridiculous and excluding so many people. Screw this dump!
