This small, somewhat eccentric café is a local favorite. The décor is certainly part of the café's charm- bright primary colors abound, the thrift store furniture is mismatched; mannequins, dolls and other toys decorate the window sills, walls and even the ceiling. But it's the food that keeps the locals coming back. It's a terrific blend of traditional home cooking and lighter vegetarian fare. The French toast (served all day) is one of the city's treasures.

My children loved the decor and the food. Bananas Foster French Toast, quesadilla, and shrimp and grits was well received by my family. Definitely will be coming back soon.

The food was delicious and the portions were generous. Upscale meal with a diner (eclectically decorated) experience. The manager had a bit of an edge but we received excellent table service. Best home fries I’ve had!
We went for a late breakfast/early lunch on a Friday. My first time at Papermoon. It wasn’t too crowded. Waiter was very attentive, food arrived quickly and it was delicious! The cheddar bacon pancakes with warm maple syrup is to die for.
Meh. My kids loved the decor. But the pancakes were not good. My wrap was missing ranch. My moms wrap was missing onion and mushroom. The service is so so and the $ is a bit spendy for lack luster meal.
Food is great! Staff is exceptionally friendly. Decor is so delightfully kitschy. Definitely worth another visit.
Had to try the beacon chocolate milkshake and it was goood ��. Great place and lots of fun!
Every time I come I ask for the omelette with cream chipped beef. It use to be on the menu. When they took it off I always ordered as a create your own. Now today they tell me the cooks had no problem with it but the owner said no to the breakfast I order every time I come here. Nice. I now regret driving all the way here.
This is an experience, not just a meal. I wish I had someone with me to share the wild and wacky place this is. The food was great and I hope to return.
