This small, somewhat eccentric café is a local favorite. The décor is certainly part of the café's charm- bright primary colors abound, the thrift store furniture is mismatched; mannequins, dolls and other toys decorate the window sills, walls and even the ceiling. But it's the food that keeps the locals coming back. It's a terrific blend of traditional home cooking and lighter vegetarian fare. The French toast (served all day) is one of the city's treasures.

First time here and it's great, the employees the vibes, and let's not forget the great food.
Eclectic environments with eclectic selection of great food. The lavender shake is amazing!
Awesome food, reasonable prices, and fun eclectic environment! Love it!
The staff, menu, decor, and food there are great! I would like to see the Diner become more wheelchair accessible. Not sure if that's possible.
I love this place I have to go here everytime I visited Baltimore
First time here on Sunday, October 15th, 2017 and loved the food, loved the atmosphere, but most of all the servers/staff were always checking up on us to see if everything was good. Excellent customer service and we didn't wait too long to be called. We will certainly be back soon.
The food, staff and atmosphere totally rocked!!!!!!!!
Food was outstanding. Getting seated was painful. Fun place. Wait staff was fun and did a good job. I’d go again, but off peak hours.
Very quaint accomodations with eclectic decor. the wait time during a rush can be extensive but they've earned that right. The menu isn't your typical American fare though familiar. The prep for any order does take time so do not go famished but do take your appetite, it will be satiated. I do give 5 stars for the uniqueness in the entire operation and several menu items but only 4 due to table wait time and meal delivery time. The staffing on 10/7 in the late afternoon reinforces a strong 4 rating.
Papermoon Diner has a 4.4 star rating with 3,997 reviews.
Papermoon Diner is closed now. It will open tomorrow at 9:00 a.m.
