My experience with the ER doctor was absolutely unprofessional and had the nastiest attitude I've ever seen from a so-physician.the nurses have unbelievable attitudes do not want to help any of the patients I had to wait at least three hours for my medication which put me in seizures so this is my review of that hospital however I did speak to Loma the CEO and she is amazing and she is handling this. To all the other nurses up there besides the nasty ones were amazing and sweet
let my daughter who had overdosed on medicaions and out of her mind walk out without any supervision she was missing for 12 hrs had no idea if she was dead or alive worst hospital ever
Came in with daughter saw nurses roll their eyes. Came in with a different relative and hospital almost killed him.
My son has been in the Pediatric ER and floor hospitalized many times. As tough as it was, this hospital made our stay very pleasant and their staff is great! Barely any wait time with my little one! I highly recommend them!
My son has special needs I always stay in the hospital with him , but when I go home for a few hours, they don't even change him or feed him they don't give a damn about my son
I loved the nurses who did my my csection. And my doctor. They were all amazing. But they have no nursery on the second floor. And come in at all hours of the night to wake your baby up. And when your having a terrible time and can't seem to get rid of the gas and the pain after the csection and you nor your partner got any sleep and are exhausted they don't give a crap if you recover or get any sleep. I love, love, love the nursing and doctor staff on the Pediatriac floor at Palms West Hospital! We live over an hour away and if we have a serious issue, this is defnitley our hospital of choice!
I would give one star, hated it to the ER at Palms West. I have never been so mistreated in my life. I wish I would have went to Wellington Regional instead. Once I got upstairs and into a room, I was taken care of around the clock. The nurses were amazing and felt like I was in good hands.
