Our labor and delivery experience was amazing. Every nurse we encountered (Lisa, Frances, Della, Robyn, and Jessica) was kind and compassionate. The lactation consultant Margie was incredible- she came in and figured out right away why the baby wasn't latching and it's been a dream ever since. I honestly couldn't have imagined a better experience for our very special occasion.
No compassion in Children's ER. Never physically examined my daughter. Just did an xray and sent her home with a referral on a holiday weekend. Will never go here again.

I had to take my one year old son in the ER at midnight the day before Hurricane Irma hit. They had his best interest at heart and that means a lot to me. My nurses were wonderful and the respiratory staff were so great with him. THANK YOU PALMS WEST!

I am especially impressed with their hygiene practise, foam in, foam out. The nurses were on top of that and didn't forget even once, entering and leaving the room. Friendly service.

I went to the ER and had immediate awesome treatment. I couldn't have asked for a better experience which says a lot as I am not one to go to the hospital or ER unless there is no other option. Thank you Palms West for such great service and attention.
